o 12 runs or more after 3 innnings

o 10 runs or more after 4 innings

o 8 runs or more after 5 innings

**No more than 15 runs per inning**

Time Limits, Seed, and General Rules

Game time will begin immediately after head coaches are called to home plate.

o During pool play, the home team will be determined by a coin flip or clicker count

No new inning after 1:25 minutes in pool play and bracket play. Championship game will have no new inning after 1:45.

Higher seed will be considered the home team during bracket play (Example: 1 Seed Vs 5 Seed, the 1 seed will be the home team)

Umpire fees are to be paid before game play directly to the umpire. $40 per team.

o The home team is responsible for reporting scores, any discretion on batting line up or scores must be resolved before an offensive/defensive switch. Both teams will confirm the score with the umpire after each game. NO EXCEPTIONS to any part of this rule.

o Umpires have the final say on the field on all calls. The tournament director will be involved on rule discrepancies only if the umpire chooses. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Tie Breakers

The following rules will determine how teams will be seeded:

o Win-Loss

o Fewest Runs Allowed

o Highest Run Scored

o Coin Flip

A point system will be used for Wins/Ties a win= 1 point a tie= 1/2 a point

Roster Batting

All teams must roster bat. A team may start a game with 8 players but must take an out in the event the 9th player does not show in time for his scheduled at bat. Every time that player’s spot comes up in the order and it is vacant, an out must be taken. If a 9th player does arrive, the team may insert that player into the lineup. That lineup spot must be last in the batting order. If a team starts with 9 but is unable to continue a lineup utilizing more than 9 players due to injury or illness, that slot in the batting order will be an out.

Refunds

The tournament director retains the ultimate decision on refunds of tournament entry fees.  The refund policy for ACTS of GOD is outlined below:

o If the tournament is cancelled and no games are played, a refund will be given of 50%

o No refund will be given if at least 1 game is played. If a team does not finish the tournament and elects to drop out that team is not eligible for a refund.
